What is YDLS
The Youth Development and Leadership Summit (YDLS) is a proposed annual gathering of young people from all around Botswana and eventually the African continent. It is a platform designed to empower, affect, and inspire young people through a holistic approach so that they can contribute positively to the development of their communities, nations, and economies.
The summit aims to bring together 300 – 400 young people, as well as community leaders, youth developers, policymakers, business people, industrial specialists, and corporate and political leaders. The 300 – 400 participants will be equipped with the necessary skills and information to promote possibilities and solutions to the difficulties they are faced with as young people and Africa as a whole face.
